Booking Conditions

Reservation is not confirmed until 100% deposit has been received.
No pets allowed
Gate opens at 07h00 and closes at 17h00. Arrange with management for early or late arrivals

Cancellation Policy

75% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 30 days or more prior to arrival.
50% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 15 days or more prior to the arrival.
0% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 7 days or less prior to the arrival.

Children

Children under 2 years sharing with parents stay for free.
Children years 2-10 sharing with parents pay 50% of the rate.
Maximum of 2 children per room.

Regarding rooms:

T.V in Bar, Chalet, Elephant Lapa and 9 rooms Lounge
Cell Reception in various hotspots
Fridges in self- catering rooms (Elephant Lapa, Valley View and Chalet).
May request clean towels every day.
Laundry: Done on request at Reception.
