- Reservation is not confirmed until 100% deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours after booking Visa and MasterCard accepted. Note: a 4% bank levy will be charged for all credit/debit card payments!

- Please note that there will be a penalty fee for late arrivals after 19:00, and for late departures payable in cash on arrival.
- The gate closes at 19:00 and no person will be allowed entrance afterwards, unless prior arrangements has been made.
75% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 30 days or more prior to arrival.
50% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 15 days or more prior to the arrival.
0% of fee returnable if cancellation is done 7 days or less prior to the arrival.
Children under 2 years sharing with parents stay for free.
Children years 2-12 sharing with parents pay 50% of the rate.
Maximum of 2 children per room.
- If you are booked in a luxury room you are automatically booked for breakfast.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you for dinner on short notice, so please let us know two days before your arrival.
- If arrangements are made for dinner and you will not be able to attend, please let us know before 12:00 on the date you booked dinner as we will charge for the booking if you do not show up.
- Please let us know two days in advance if and when (the dates) you will dine with us, as we are far from town and need to know just how much we need to spoil you with a lovely breakfast and/or dinner.
- Regrettably, we do not cater for Kosher, Halaal or specialised diets.
- Breakfast @ R 100 p.p. (Served between 08:00-09:00)
- Dinner (Set-menu) @ R 195 – R 250 p.p. (Served at 18:00)
- Lunch @ R 75 – R 100 p.p.
- Please note that clean linen and towels are provided on check-in.
- We are a game ranch and try our best to take care of the environment. Please think twice before asking for fresh towels.
- If you wish to have fresh linen and towels every day, an extra charge of R50 for linen and R35 for towels will be added to your bill on check-out.
- NO television in the rooms; only in the lounge at main lodge, self-catering communial kitchen and the luxury rooms with balcony.
- NO cell phone reception; except in the lodge
- Fridges only in the Luxury Balcony Suites and in the self catering rooms and units
- May request clean towels every day but an extra cost will be added to your account.
- Laundry on request, but an extra cost will be added to your account.
- Please note that NOT all rooms have double beds.
